About Me

Originally from Tallahassee, FL, Helene graduated Florida A&M University, later earning her MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University (SELU), in Hammond, LA. After graduating from FAMU she went to work for the Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) in Procurements Dept., and later the City of Tallahassee Commissioner's Office.
