With nearly 30 years in the community newspaper and print publication industries along the east coast of Florida, spanning seven counties, he has managed production and creative departments and overseen I.T. and technology strategies as the VP Director of Operations.
Phil is known for his ability to streamline processes and facilitate organizational workflow transformation, focusing on developing scalable systems, processes, and procedures that enhance operational excellence. His skills encompass operations management, financial governance, marketing, training and mentoring, organizational development, change management, and process development.
Committed to supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses, Phil serves as the digital marketing specialist for the SBDC, providing training, education, and guidance.
