About Me

Dr. Adriene B. Wright has over twenty years of experience working with multi-national corporations, nonprofit organizations, and universities. She is a former Brookings Congressional Fellow and brings her combined experiences and expertise to Abelita LLC. As Founder and President of Abelita LLC, a management consulting company based in Tallahassee, FL, she not only helps clients achieve their objectives but also helps to build better communities. Dr. Wright has a multidisciplinary background and experience and provides consulting services in the following areas:

Beginning her career as an engineer, she progressively advanced to the executive level broadening her portfolio with a focus on domestic and international initiatives. Companies and organizations include Fluor Daniel Inc., various locations, the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and the Electricity Innovation Institute (E2I), Washington, DC, Florida A&M University, Tallahassee, FL, and Florida Memorial University, Miami Gardens, FL. She has developed strategic plans for both domestic and international operations, for corporations, university departments, and non-profit community organizations.
