Xiomara Rosales is a seasoned professional with a diverse and accomplished career. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, laying a strong foundation for her future endeavors.

Xiomara spent over a decade in human resources, gaining extensive experience across various industries including hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, education, government, and transportation. Her ability to adapt and excel in different environments showcased her versatility and commitment to fostering positive workplace cultures.

Following her extensive experience in human resources, Xiomara transitioned into project management within the construction industry. This shift allowed her to leverage her organizational skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities in a new and dynamic field.

Currently, Xiomara serves as the Administrative Assistant at IRSC Small Business Development Center and is committed to supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses.
