TALLAHASSEE, FLA. – On October 5 and 6, Cissy Proctor, Executive Director of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, will join statewide partners and business leaders to highlight programs available to assist individuals, communities, and businesses that have been affected by Hurricane Irma.
