Richard Guerrero, the innovative mind behind Genius Watch, LLC, has spent years turning ideas into successful businesses. He arrived in the United States from Venezuela over 25 years ago, bringing with him a determination to create ventures that combine creativity with independence.
“In the past, I managed franchises, flipping homes, and insurance companies. The stress and responsibility were overwhelming,” he recalls. “I wanted something innovative that I could manage without compromising my health.”

In 2019, Richard launched Genius Watch, a smartwatch brand designed to be affordable, accessible, and easy to understand. He noticed that while mainstream smartwatches offered advanced tracking features, the information was often confusing, and prices were prohibitive for many.
Drawing from his experience working with developers in China, Richard custom-built a software platform tailored to user needs, ensuring that monitoring sleep, activity, and health metrics was simple and meaningful.

“This was my home run moment,” Richard shares. “It proved that a small, focused business could compete and succeed in a market dominated by big players.”

Richard’s vision extends beyond activity tracking. Genius Watch now integrates nutrition, mental wellness, and hormonal data analysis, creating a comprehensive health tool. Genius Watch is preparing to launch its next innovation: a platform analyzing hormonal data from smartwatch metrics, empowering users to make informed health decisions and improve overall quality of life. Richard emphasizes consistency, planning, and believing in yourself as key drivers of success.
